WE MANAGE

We assign a project oversight group to support project management and their team, and we review the tasks activities, deliverables and resource usage. We lead the project team in navigating the key issues. We monitor the productivity of the specialist appointed to the project. Each week, we measure every task to create accountability and provide a status report to executives that ties back to the project work-plan. We provide executive reports on cause, impact and options for resolution as new issues arise.
